Kait's message in Slack, July 27, 2026. Her thesis, unchanged, is below.
# Research
Read the risk section first. It changes the build.
The literal version of this thesis, that extremist online spaces are radicalising young men, is a proven format. It is just not proven for this audience. Every outlier on it comes from progressive commentary channels whose viewers are the opposite of Kait's, and all of them are a year or more old. None of the recent 2026 data in her own niche contains anything like it.

Kait's audience, per her own channel audit, is a largely male viewership that came to her because she is not the person making that video. Shooting the literal framing would put her in the third video's position: 622,224 views at 1.02x, which is to say no overperformance at all, on a channel already built for that message. The mechanism she has identified is real. The villain framing is what has to go.
The fix is to keep her observation and change who the video is for. Not "online spaces are radicalising men," but "most young people want a relationship, almost none are pursuing one, and both sexes have an internal police force punishing anyone who admits they want it." Same finding, and it defends the men in her audience rather than diagnosing them.
That reframed version has a live format behind it: the gap between what people say they want and what they actually do, explained by a hidden mechanism. Five recent outliers.

Kait already owns the opening statistic. Her July video leads on a 2026 survey of more than 5,000 single adults showing only about 30 percent actively dating, and it is her second best long form of the year. The number that opens this concept is the number that already worked for her.

Women Are Starting to See The Damage
Kait Willett, 258,005 views, 7.3x outlier. Published July 13, 2026.
New research, added July 28. Two things the first pass missed.
First, the argument about who is to blame is already running inside this niche, and it is performing. This is the single most useful video in the whole file. A female psychologist explains male withdrawal, the manosphere blame fight plays out around it, and it does 3.4x on a manosphere aggregator channel. That is Kait's exact seat, already tested, on the audience she actually has. It is also proof that this subject does not have to be handled from the outside looking in.

Female Psychologist Explains Why Men Are Opting Out, And They STILL Blame the Manosphere
Manosphere Highlights Daily, 123,407 views, 3.4x outlier. Published April 23, 2026.
Second, the environment argument has its own proof. A specific setting is named, the behaviour it reliably produces is described, and the video is really about how a room changes what people do. This is the closest live example of the atmosphere framing and it is doing 22.4x.

"They All SMASH Each Other", Here's Why Run Clubs Are Dangerous
Coffee and Whiskey Podcast, 148,065 views, 22.4x outlier. Published July 1, 2026.
And the enforcement reaction itself is a live format. Men admitting, on camera, why another person's choices make them angry. This is the mechanism the concept describes, already being filmed, twice in six weeks by the same channel.

The agenda layer, and what to source before scripting. The claim is not that anyone is conspiring. It is that the incentives changed and nobody voted on it. Three things to pull properly: the platform research on how engagement ranking preferentially amplifies high arousal negative emotion over agreement; the size and shape of the paid funnel sitting behind relationship cynicism as a content category, meaning courses, coaching, communities and memberships; and the retention data showing that content telling you the other sex is the problem holds attention longer than content telling you to try again. The friend who told you to leave him had no financial position in your decision. The stranger telling you the same thing now does.
One note on sequencing. The economics concept in this same batch explains the identical withdrawal through money. This one explains it through peer enforcement. They are complementary rather than duplicative, but they should not go out back to back or the second will read as a repeat.
# Concept
Kait opens on a contradiction rather than a claim. Surveys of people under 35 consistently show that a large majority say they want a committed relationship.
The question is what is standing between the wanting and the doing.
Her answer is that both sexes have built an internal enforcement system, and that neither one is aimed at the other. Each is aimed inward, at their own.
Potential layout:
The final line should be the coldest one and it should land on both sides at once: everyone in this is following rules nobody agreed to, enforced by people who are not happy either.
Execution notes. Keep the women's section first and make it the harder of the two, because the video only earns the men's section if the audience has already watched her hold women to account. Never name a specific creator or community as the villain. And the survey data is the spine, so the numbers on stated preference need to be pulled.

A the two circles frame. Kait centre, cold key, on the charcoal panelling. Behind her, two loose groups of silhouetted figures, one on each side, each turned inward toward itself rather than toward the other. Text upper right, cream serif: THEY POLICE THEIR OWN. Slightly conceptual and the most distinct from anything in the niche.
B the two advisors frame. Added July 28 to match the rewritten titles. Split composition on the dark panelled set. Left side, two chairs turned toward each other, warm brass light, close and human. Right side, the same space but the seat opposite is empty and lit cold, with a faint suggestion of many figures beyond it in shadow. Kait between the two halves, looking at the lens. Text lower third, cream serif: THEY USED TO KNOW YOU. This is the only direction that pays off titles 1 through 4, and it should be the lead if one of those is chosen.

Most people under 35 say they want a committed relationship, yet only a fraction are actually pursuing one. I break down what stands between the wanting and the doing: women policing women for settling, for staying, or for wanting marriage early, and men policing men for being visibly invested or committing at all.
Then I cover the accelerant, an algorithm that replaced a friend group of six with millions of strangers rewarded for being harsher than the friends ever were. The result is exactly what the surveys show: a majority who want love, a minority who pursue it, and a growing group who learned to say they never wanted it at all.
Your environment is making your relationship decisions, and nobody agreed to the rules it enforces.

# Concept
Kait sits down with Rollo Tomassi, the man who coined the term "red pill" more than twenty years before the mainstream.
He has been married for 28 years, he says modern marriage is a contract no rational man would sign, and a government-funded program allegedly put his name on a watch list.
This is packaged as a Kait investigation that happens to have the primary source in the room: her set, her lighting, her framing. It is not a debate. Kait's audience is mostly men, and most of them are already red pill sympathetic, so the episode is a deposition of the original source, not a prosecution of him. The tension is aimed at the mainstream narrative and at everyone who turned him into a boogeyman, never at the guest.
Act 1, the man vs. the boogeyman. Most people met the red pill through Andrew Tate. Rollo wrote it two decades earlier and has been married since 1996. Kait separates the original from the caricature.
Act 2, the evidence. The average age of first divorce for men is 45. Those men are 8x more likely to take their own lives. Men carry 100 percent of the responsibility with 0 percent of the authority. Kait keeps him on the numbers and lets him teach, one claim at a time.
Act 3, the female confirmation. Kait brings her own evidence, the 10,000-men survey, and confirms his thesis from the seat no one expects: a woman agreeing the data is real. A woman saying these things out loud is what makes the clips travel. This act is the clip engine of the episode.
Act 4, the boogeyman answers. Pearl Davis, Andrew Tate, the DHS-funded "diverting hate" list, and his line that "the red pill exists so men won't hate women." Kait puts the accusations on the table and gives him the room to answer them directly. Her audience gets the vindication arc: the man the mainstream calls dangerous, examined honestly, turns out to be the most measured voice in the space.
Why this framing. His name-first appearances underperform (the Zuby baseline did 20k) and his claim-first appearances overperform, and the biggest relative outlier of his recent run is a sympathetic female host taking his ideas seriously (40x). Kait is the ideal counterpart: a woman who speaks his empirical language and validates what her male audience already suspects, which is exactly the dynamic that made those episodes outliers.
Production notes. Target 45 to 60 minutes, not 2 hours. Cut the history of the term entirely; the underperforming baseline episode led with 25 minutes of it. Every act opens on a number or a claim, never on biography.

Verify before filming: he has misquoted the marriage rate on other shows (said 6.1 per 10,000; the CDC figure is roughly 6 per 1,000 population). Check every statistic he supplies before it goes in the hook or on screen.
# Script
Cold open (Kait voice, third person, over b-roll of him before the sit-down):
He coined the term "red pill" more than twenty years ago, then watched the internet turn it into everything he says it is not.
He has been married for 28 years. The government put his name on a watch list. And the men who quote him every day have mostly never read him.
I sat down with the man who started it all, not to ask whether he is wrong. Everyone asks him that. I asked what it means if he has been right the whole time.
# Description

Kait sits down with Rollo Tomassi, the man who coined the term red pill twenty years before the mainstream found it. They cover how he predicted the dating collapse, why he calls modern marriage a contract no rational man would sign after 28 years inside his own, and what actually happens to the average man divorced at 45. They also get into the watch list: how a government-funded program flagged a married relationship writer as a radicalizing influence. Kait brings her own evidence too, including her survey of 10,000 men, and confirms his thesis from the seat no one expects. The most hated man in the manosphere answers all of it.
# Hook & Edit Notes
HOOK
CLIP (Rollo): They're worried about kids becoming Andrew Tate. I'm worried about guys putting a gun in their mouth or putting a noose around their neck after they get out of a divorce.
[CONTEXT]
VO (Kait): He coined the term red pill more than twenty years ago, then watched the internet turn it into everything he says it is not.
[THE CONTRADICTION]
CLIP (Rollo): Rollo Tomassi can't be red pill because he's married. And Rollo Tomassi can't be married because he's red pill.
VO (Kait): He's been married for 30 years, the government put his name on a watch list, and the men who quote him every day have mostly never read him.
[STAKES]
CLIP (Rollo): If there is no boogeyman, no one gets paid.
[SETUP]
VO (Kait): I sat down with the man who started it all, not to ask whether he is right or wrong. Everyone asks him that. I asked him what it means if he's been right this whole time.
CLIP (Rollo): All politics are gender politics from here on out.
(hard cut, into the episode)
possible cuts: the dog interruption ("can you hang on one second, I got to go move my dog"), the praxeology and Mises definitional detour, the pickup-artist forum history and the Player's Handbook plug, "I'm not picking on you," the Access Vegas plug about the girls getting bored with the studies, the Chief of War review tangent (keep the one line about the Hawaiian tribes), the butchered military chain-of-command aside, "that's a whole other podcast we could do," the bears crosstalk, the ABC Australia production logistics (keep only the woman yelling in the restaurant and "come and sit down"), "I don't know if they're gonna show this," and the four-studios aside.

Kait breaks down the Lindsay Clancy trial as a case study in the empathy gap: a mother who killed her three children and does not dispute it, the sympathy infrastructure that assembled around her anyway, and the measured 63% sentencing gap that predicts exactly this reaction.
Timely: the verdict lands this week, and every channel is covering the trial while none of them covers the audience.
Personal angle: Kait names the pull honestly — why defending "her own nature" tempts every woman, herself included, and what it costs to resist it.

The psychological profile of the long-term solitary man pairs with the current loneliness wave. Where the market-level video explains the exit, this one profiles the man years after it.
Honest read on the numbers, checked July 28. This card's proof is the weakest in the set and the multiples originally recorded here do not hold up. The two Nightweb videos came from a channel with roughly 3,270 subscribers and a median of 22 views per video, so the 4096x and 962x figures are an artifact of that baseline rather than evidence of anything, and they have been removed above. View counts on those two are real and are the only signal worth keeping. The other two beat their own channel norms by 1.3x and 1.2x, which is not outlier performance. What this actually shows is a live topic with strong absolute view counts and no proven format underneath it yet. Both remaining view counts were refreshed on July 28 and have grown since this card was written.
Recommendation before this one is scripted: pull a fresh validation set, or fold the idea into the male loneliness territory that already has real proof on larger channels.

Kait builds a clinical psychological profile of the man who has been alone for years: the phase-by-phase adaptation (the ache, the numbing, the reorganization of identity around solitude, the point of no return where partnership starts to feel like an intrusion), what the research says changes in his brain, behavior, and health, and which of those changes reverse.
The existing outliers romanticize this man or pity him; Kait dissects him. The video speaks to two audiences at once: the men who recognize themselves in the timeline, and the women who have never seen the process explained.

She is not looking at the empty seat, she is looking at the lens. Text upper right, cream serif, two lines: SHE FILED. THEN WHAT. The empty half of the sofa is the whole idea and it needs no arrow.
Direction B, the statistic frame. The strongest option if she wants reach. Near black, Kait small and off centre in shadow. Dominating the frame, 70% in large cream type, with FILED BY WOMEN beneath it in small caps. Her channel audit calls for percentages in titles, and this puts the number in the image where it works even harder.
Direction C, the two curves frame. A minimal line graphic, two lines diverging, rendered in cream and crimson on charcoal, deliberately unlabelled so the viewer has to open the video to learn which line is which. Kait in the lower left, arms crossed, expressionless. This is the most investigative looking option and the most on brand for the mood board, though it is the riskiest for click rate.
Shared rules. Cold key light on her, warm brass practical in the background only, crimson reserved for one element per frame. Avoid the crying woman stock image that every channel in this cluster is currently using, because the differentiation is the point: her thumbnails should look like a case file and everyone else's look like a soap opera.

# Concept
Kait sits down with Rachel Wilson, author of Occult Feminism and the woman who told Joe Rogan's 1.75 million viewers that feminism was never a grassroots movement. The episode is an autopsy performed by two women: Rachel brings the historical receipts, Kait brings the psychological data, and the body on the table is feminism.
Same frame as the Rollo episode: an investigation, not a debate. Kait's audience is mostly men and already sympathetic to the thesis, so nobody wants to watch two women argue. They want to watch two women calmly document the damage. Kait plays the examiner who makes Rachel prove everything, which keeps Kait's empirical brand intact while Rachel delivers the fire.
Act 1, the paradox. Women are the freest, most educated, and highest earning they have ever been, and by the happiness data they are more miserable than in the 1970s. The standard explanations do not survive contact with the numbers. Rachel's thesis enters as the only explanation left standing.
Act 2, the hidden history. Feminism as an operation, not a movement: the socialists, the con artists, Margaret Sanger and eugenics, the CIA and Gloria Steinem, who funded it and what the funders got out of doubling the labor supply. Kait keeps her on names, dates, and documents.
Act 3, the occult claim. The book is called Occult Feminism and Rachel says witchcraft is not a metaphor. This is her most incendiary and most differentiated material, and it maps perfectly onto Kait's dark, investigative aesthetic. Kait presses her for the three strongest pieces of evidence and asks what would falsify the thesis. Whether viewers buy it or not, this act is the clip engine.
Act 4, the deprogramming. What the way back looks like for the woman who realizes it at 33, what Rachel teaches her own daughters, and what men should do with this information. Ends on the vindication note Kait's audience comes for.
Why this framing. Rachel is at peak relevance (Rogan, Feb 2026). Her claim-led appearances outperform (Pageau 3.9x, Jack Neel clip at 37 views per sub) while her name-led ones underperform (Crowder 0.6x, JRE Clips 0.5x). Women-on-women feminism content is breaking out (Dr. Daf 3.15M, 13.7x), and Kait's last upload (Women Are Starting to See The Damage, 3.1x) is the natural lead-in. The Jack Neel episode is already Kait's editing reference, so packaging, edit, and guest converge on one identity.
Production notes. 45 to 60 minutes. Open on the happiness data, not on Rachel's bio. Kait holds the skeptic-examiner posture in Act 3 so the occult material lands as investigation rather than sermon. On-screen citations for every historical claim; this episode will get fact-checked by hostile viewers, and surviving that is part of the appeal.

# Questions
Verify before filming: the female happiness decline is published research (Stevenson and Wolfers, The Paradox of Declining Female Happiness). In the 1970s women reported being happier than men, and by the 2000s that had reversed. Steinem's CIA-funded work is documented and she acknowledged it, it was the Independent Research Service in the 1950s and 60s. Every historical claim needs an on-screen citation or it gets cut.
# Script
Cold open (Kait voice, third person, over archival b-roll):
Women today are the freest, most educated, and wealthiest they have ever been.
They are also, by every available measure, less happy than their grandmothers. One woman spent years tracing that contradiction back to its source, and what she found was not a movement. It was an operation, with founders nobody mentions, funders nobody questions, and a spiritual lineage nobody wants to say out loud.
I sat down with Rachel Wilson to open the file on feminism: who actually built it, who paid for it, and why the women it promised to free are the ones it hurt the most.

# Concept
Kait runs the cost-benefit analysis on modern marriage for men with actual data: divorce initiation rates, asset division outcomes, health and longevity statistics, and what men themselves report getting out of it.
The video takes neither side at the start. It presents the case men are making for opting out, then the counter-data on married men's outcomes, and lets the numbers create the discomfort. The clinical, no-stake-in-the-outcome delivery is the differentiator: every other video on this topic is an advocate for one side. Kait's is an autopsy of the institution. Ends on the unsettling conclusion that both sides are arguing about a contract neither has read.

The full sin map (all seven assigned, ordered for escalation — worst held for seven)
From Nate's Loom (Aug 10): two packaging reads confirmed — the seven-levels format ("this thumbnail format just consistently rips, has for the last six to twelve months, still rips today") and sins-as-is ("you can literally do the seven deadly sins of modern women / modern dating"). Both greenlit for this batch. Also from the Loom: a white-background thumbnail format worth testing synthesized with her current style.

Kait breaks down the seven deadly sins as they present in modern women:
sloth, envy, gluttony, lust, wrath, greed, and pride with a hard number inside each one, escalating to the seventh sin that keeps the other six invisible.
Ancient framework, zero pandering, and nobody in her competitor set has touched it.
Personal angle: Kait names the sin she recognizes most from her own past and what it cost her — the confession beat that makes the list land as diagnosis instead of attack.

Kait's message in Slack, July 13, 2026. Her thesis, unchanged, is below. Everything under it is the research, the framing problem it has to solve, and the build.
One thing I see A LOT is women minimizing men's need for sex and dehumanizing them into some uncontrollable animals that 'only want sex,' but what I don't think they understand is that sex for men is the only culturally acceptable manner in which they can express vulnerability. A lot of men are trying to access the only form of emotional closeness that the world hasn't shamed out of them yet. And when his partner turns that down over and over, she's not just saying "not tonight." To his nervous system, she's closing the last door he had.
The flip side, though the same underlying need in women shows up in safety/security which is minimized into hypergamy and status seeking. But women need to feel chosen; that is the investment that allows them to fully relax into their relationships. This is why reassurance, verbal affirmation, and emotional access from men matters to women. They are both looking for safety to be fully seen and know they are chosen but the manner in which we biologically meet this need is different and mocking it doesnt create connection, it breaks it.
The thesis is strong. The obvious way to shoot it is not, and Kait's own channel already proved that twice this month. Start there, because it determines the entire build.
The two videos below are her weakest long form of the last three months. Both sit on this exact subject. Both were framed as an explanation of what men need.

The same pattern repeats in shorts. "He won't say it, but he needs this from you" did 50,470 views at 1.65x, her weakest short of the period. The framing is the variable, not the subject.
Now the video that proves the subject is not the problem. Same territory, opposite framing, and her best long form of the year. Its opening line is the entire lesson: nobody studies male loneliness because nobody cares about male loneliness, then men said things they would never say out loud, because the last time they did they were called bitter, broken or dangerous, so she says them instead.

Kait Willett, 302,473 views, 11.8x outlier. Published June 3, 2026.

The difference between the flops and the winner is the device. The flops explain men. The winner lets men testify and puts Kait in the role of the only person willing to read the testimony aloud. That is the device this idea needs.
Production note that follows from this. The anonymous male responses are not decoration, they are the format, so the video needs either a fresh callout, a new survey, or the unused material from the 10,000 men archive before she records.
The format validation. Five outliers on the mechanism this concept runs on: a male behaviour that women read as crude or threatening is decoded, and the decoding indicts the reading.

One negative finding worth recording. A search of the wider database for the sympathetic framings of this subject, male vulnerability, men's emotional needs, why men shut down, returns almost nothing recent above 50,000 views from a channel of any size. The appetite is real but it does not respond to that vocabulary. It responds to testimony and to consequence.

Direction A, the door frame. The strongest and the most on brand. Kait on the charcoal panelled set, cold key, completely neutral. Behind her a single door in shadow, almost closed, with a thin line of warm brass light escaping the gap. Text in cream serif, two lines: THE LAST DOOR. No face reaction, no arrow. This one carries the whole thesis in a single object and it will look like nothing else in the feed.
Direction B, the testimony frame. Built to inherit the click behaviour of the 10,000 men video, so it should copy that thumbnail's structure deliberately rather than start fresh. Kait small and to one side, and dominating the frame a large cream number for the count of men surveyed, with a short fragment of their answer set in small type beneath it. The number is what worked last time and it should be doing the work again.
Direction C, the mistranslation frame. Two words stacked on the dark panelling, the top one struck through in crimson and the bottom one clean: ANIMAL struck, and beneath it the plain word for what he was actually asking for. Kait seated at the left edge, arms folded, expressionless. Highest risk of the three and the highest ceiling if the second word is right.
Shared rules. No couple in bed, no bedroom set, no suggestive imagery of any kind, because the moment it reads as a sex thumbnail she loses the serious positioning that makes her the only person who can deliver this argument. Charcoal and cream base, one crimson accent, brass practical light only. Her face stays still in every version: the entire premise is that she is stating a finding, not defending anyone.

The driver: the question pulling views right now is not "meet this couple." It is "is marriage still worth doing, answered by someone with receipts." Two proven patterns carry it: the divorce-authority conversation (an expert on failed marriages tells the truth about them) and the men-are-done-with-marriage discourse running hot in her exact niche. Kait sits on both at once: she is the authority on everything going wrong between men and women, answering from inside a marriage, with her husband in the seat next to her. The couple is the twist inside the video, not the packaging.

Read on the pattern: the two Topic Tension outliers prove the "men are opting out of marriage" conversation is live in her niche this quarter. The Mel Robbins and Emma Grede outliers prove the broad audience clicks a marriage-truth conversation when the speaker has authority over failure. Her own divorce video (4.4x) proves her audience shows up for her on exactly this ground. This video answers the live question with the authority framing, and the husband on the sofa is the differentiator no competitor can copy.
Positioning levers: wider market (the title asks the niche's question, not "meet my husband": a first-time viewer needs no context to click); unique twist (the analyst answers from inside her own marriage, with the other side of it present and allowed to disagree); her cross-link: "Is Marriage Still Worth It for Men?" already sits in her pipeline, and this is its living answer.
# Concept
Kait answers the question her niche is asking all year, is marriage still worth it
For the first time she answers it from inside her own. Mav joins her as she runs the analysis
he answers plainly from the other side of the same marriage, and they take the questions her comment section has been asking for years, including where they disagree.
Every question is a round and every round is a clip. In a niche where every marriage video is a warning delivered by someone alone in a room, this is the only one answered by both halves of a marriage that works.

Everything you have been told about what women want is what women say, and what women say has almost nothing to do with who they actually choose.
A 2024 study of more than ten thousand people across forty-three countries compared what people claimed they wanted in a partner against who they were actually drawn to, and the gap was so large the researchers called the two statistically unrelated. Kindness, humor, intelligence, the entire list women give, none of it explained the actual pull. But one variable did, and it shows up in every culture, every age group, and every kind of relationship.
This breaks down the single thing female attraction is actually scanning for, why the culture has buried it behind nicer-sounding words, and what men get wrong by competing on every variable except the one that counts. By the end, you will not be able to unsee it.
If attractiveness is only a proxy, the real question is what it is a proxy for. That is the one variable everything else points back to.
If it is really one variable, it has to explain why women do not choose the same way in every situation. That objection is the strongest case against this whole argument, so it gets handled head on.
The two ladders explain the pull. They do not yet explain the word women use more than any other when describing what they want, which is kindness.
If status really opens the door and kindness only keeps you in the room, that pattern should show up everywhere once you know to look. It does.
Women cannot turn the system off. Men, on the other hand, keep feeding it the wrong inputs, and that is the most expensive mistake in the video.

Everything men are told about what women want comes from what women say, and the research shows what women say has almost nothing to do with who they actually choose. Kait breaks down the one thing women are actually selecting for, the single variable that keeps appearing across cultures, age groups, and relationship types no matter how the question is framed. She covers what the studies reveal about stated preferences versus actual partner selection, why kindness only counts once this variable is in place, and what men get wrong by competing on everything except the thing that matters. This is the evolutionary psychology of female attraction at its most fundamental level, and once you see it you cannot unsee it.

The good men did not leave with a fight or a goodbye. They left in silence. They stopped initiating, stopped spending, stopped chasing and by the time anyone looked up, the room was already empty.
In a 2026 survey of more than five thousand single adults, only about thirty percent were actively dating, and roughly three out of four women had not been on a real date in the past year. That is not a shortage of good men. That is a market where the buyers stopped showing up, and the men had been signaling why for over a decade, in the app data, the debt numbers, the loneliness stats, and the earnings reports of the companies built on male desperation.
This is the timeline of exactly when the good men checked out, what they were doing instead, and what the market looks like now for the people only just finding out the promises had an expiration date. By the end you will understand why the men with the most options were the first to walk, and why almost none of this happened in secret.
The math only broke because his odds were already terrible, and those odds were not random either.
Being erased is one wound. The next point is what enough of that silence actually does to a person over time.
Exhaustion explains why he stopped trying. The next point is where he actually went when he left, and it is not where everyone assumes.
If this were only a handful of bitter men online, the numbers would not move. The next point is where the men already voted, and it shows up on a balance sheet.
Every point so far has been about what the men did. The hardest part of the video is the one question nobody is allowed to ask about the other half of the room.

Kait breaks down the timeline of exactly when men checked out, what the dating market actually looks like for the women just finding out, and the numbers behind it: the broken effort-to-reward math, the app data that erased the average man, rejection exhaustion, and the dating companies already shrinking because male spending stopped. She then turns to the hardest part, the one-way mirror that let it all happen without a real conversation. This is not a shortage of good men. It is a market where the buyers stopped showing up, and they signaled why for a decade.

Kait describes the moment the disengagement videos were building toward: the downstream consequences landing on women. Where the "men are giving up" angle was the cause, this is the effect, men having quietly opted out, and the dating market women are left negotiating as a result.
Kait shares the credibility frame up front (e.g. data on rising long-term singleness, declining marriage rates, the widening dating gap, so the shift is established before the read).
For each consequence, Kait shares:

Men quietly opting out of dating was the cause, and this video is about the effect: the consequences now landing on women, and what women are beginning to admit. Kait establishes the shift first with the data on rising long-term singleness, declining marriage rates, and the widening dating gap, so nothing rests on opinion. Then she walks through the changes women are now encountering one by one, fewer committed men, longer single stretches, a thinner pool past 30, each with the number that makes it real. Every consequence gets traced back to the choices and conditions that produced it, without gloating. Women are finding out the hard way that the men who stopped chasing are not coming back.

Kait answers a question women rarely think to ask: what makes a man feel valued. She walks it through the lens of neglect, how men ask for little and even that goes unmet.
For each gesture, Kait shares:
Women are handed a culturally known way to feel valued, men mostly aren't, so the male version goes unspoken and unmet, (many think it’s only intimacy), and most men never name it themselves.

Every woman knows what receiving flowers feels like, and almost no one asks what the male equivalent is. Kait answers a question women rarely think to ask: what actually makes a man feel valued. She walks through the gestures men quietly hope for, what each one really signals to him, being chosen, admired, wanted, or trusted, and why they land far deeper than the obvious assumptions about sex or gifts. She frames it through neglect, because men ask for very little and even that usually goes unmet. Women are handed a culturally known way to feel valued and men mostly are not, so the male version goes unspoken and unnamed. Millions of men feel the same way, and most have never said it out loud.

The thing that makes this format work, and the reason the current title underuses it. In every one of these the subject is a specific famous named thing: MrBeast, Kai Cenat, Clavicular, Jynxzi. The philosopher supplies the reframe, but the famous name supplies the click. Modern Women is not a famous named thing, so the current title has the shape of the format without the engine. Swapping in a name the audience already recognises is the single highest leverage change available on this video.
One gap worth stating plainly. Bonnie Blue does not appear anywhere in the research database, so her pull cannot be validated the way the names above can. She is a real and current figure, but that title is a bet on recognition rather than a measured one, and it will also date faster than a platform name.

For each of the 5, Kait shares:

In the 1850s, Schopenhauer wrote about something he called sexual honor, and Kait argues he diagnosed the exact mechanism behind modern dating's collapse 150 years before it happened. She walks through what his categories of honor actually said, then the five things that broke once that old system dissolved, pairing what the structure was protecting with the modern symptom of its absence. She is careful about what is his text and what is her read of his framework, because he never forecasted the future. He described a structure, and the structure broke exactly where he said the pressure was. That is why a 19th century philosopher now reads like a prophecy about modern dating.
