Eight channels, eight videos, four niches: business, AI software, music, coding.
The cross-niche four are the argument for making this video at all. Every one of them runs long on purpose and gets rewarded for it. The guitar course is over nine hours and did 323K. The bash course is seven and a half hours and did 393K. Length is the product here, not the risk, which is the opposite of how most people think about a ninety minute upload.
The Claude course is the closest cousin to what Dan would make: one named thing, taught from beginner to competent in a single sitting, 850K views at 92.9x. It is also the format Viewz has already seen work across other clients.
Caveat on the numbers: GuitarZoom and You Suck at Programming both have very low channel medians, so their raw multiples read as absurd and are not worth quoting. Their raw view counts are the honest proof, which is why the multiple is left off those two.
Dan takes the viewer from zero to owning their first boring business. Every module is one he could be paid for, given away in order.
The modules:
For each module he:
Ends on the first thing to go do this week if you are starting from zero.
