Drafted in first person on the page, per his instruction that it should be first person and never sound like an AI wrote it. The NDA line does the work: "I signed a piece of paper that means I cannot tell you most of it." That says the interesting thing without trading on the title, which is the exact line he drew. It closes by naming who it is not for, lifted from his own words about venture-backed businesses, which is the most on-voice sentence in it.
