Hook
Everything I ever wanted showed up the second I stopped needing it.
A few years ago I was homeless. I wanted money more than anybody I knew and I chased it every single day, and that is exactly why I did not have any.
Then I stopped chasing it and it all arrived, and I have watched the same thing happen to the businesses I work with ever since.
So today, I am going to walk you through the three times this happened to me, and by the end you will know exactly what to stop doing.
Talking Point #1
1.Sub-Hook
•So first, I was homeless and running at the rat race as hard as I could, and I was pointed at the wrong thing the entire time.
1.Immediately dive into an insane story, a psychological study, a compelling thought experiment, a banger quote from a famous person, etc.
•Ibra tells the story of being broke and homeless while chasing the outcome, doing everything except the one thing that would have actually changed his situation. [NEED FROM IBRA: the specifics. Where he was living, how long it lasted, what he was chasing, what a normal day looked like.]
1.Reveal a deeper layer, higher stakes, a problem or unanswered question, etc. relating to the framework.
•Ibra explains what he only saw afterwards, that the harder he wanted it, the more desperate everything he did became, and the less any of it worked.
1.Tell the viewer EXACTLY how they can use this information in their real life OR EXACTLY why this information is so important for them to know
•Ibra highlights that the day it turned was not the day he worked harder. It was the day he stopped measuring himself against the outcome and put everything into the quality of what he was actually making.
Lead Magnet
•Ibra mentions, as an aside off the story he just told, that if the viewer is grinding right now and nothing is moving, they can fill out the form in the first link in the description and get a free consultation with him. It is free, it takes about a minute to fill out, and it is the first link down there.
Transition
And I did not believe any of that until it happened to me with something I had already given up on.
Talking Point #2
1.Sub-Hook
•Then I posted a video I had completely let go of, and it is the one that took off.
1.Immediately dive into an insane story, a psychological study, a compelling thought experiment, a banger quote from a famous person, etc.
•Ibra tells the story of the video that performed better than anything else he has ever made. He stopped checking whether anyone was watching it, and that is the one that went. [NEED FROM IBRA: which video, what it did, and what he was doing instead of watching the numbers.]
1.Reveal a deeper layer, higher stakes, a problem or unanswered question, etc. relating to the framework.
•Ibra explains what chasing the numbers was doing to the work itself. Every bit of attention he spent on views and shares was attention he was not spending on the video, so the ones he cared most about the results of were always his worst ones.
1.Tell the viewer EXACTLY how they can use this information in their real life OR EXACTLY why this information is so important for them to know
•Ibra highlights the only instruction he gives himself now. Make the best possible version of the thing, then have zero attachment to what happens to it after that, because quality is the only part he actually controls.
Transition
But with content you only lose time. There is one place where wanting it costs people their money, and I watch it happen every week.
Talking Point #3
1.Sub-Hook
•After that, I started seeing founders do the exact same thing with their ad money, and it costs them the entire budget.
1.Immediately dive into an insane story, a psychological study, a compelling thought experiment, a banger quote from a famous person, etc.
•Ibra shares the pattern he sees constantly. A founder turns ads on, sits and watches their return on ad spend and their cost per lead every single day, panics after a few days, and shuts the whole thing off.
1.Reveal a deeper layer, higher stakes, a problem or unanswered question, etc. relating to the framework.
•Ibra explains that both of those are vanity numbers. The only two that decide anything are what it costs to get a customer and what that customer is worth over their lifetime, and killing the campaign early means the ads never gathered enough data to tell him either one.
1.Tell the viewer EXACTLY how they can use this information in their real life OR EXACTLY why this information is so important for them to know
•Ibra highlights that almost everybody who has decided paid ads do not work never let them run long enough to get an answer. They needed it to work so badly that they stopped it before it could.
Transition
So it is not a money problem, a content problem or an ads problem. It is the same thing every time, and once you see it you cannot unsee it.
Talking Point #4
1.Sub-Hook
•And finally, whatever you are scared will not work is the exact thing you are guaranteeing will not work.
1.Immediately dive into an insane story, a psychological study, a compelling thought experiment, a banger quote from a famous person, etc.
•Ibra names the mechanism sitting underneath all three stories. Pointing at the outcome instead of the quality of the thing is self sabotage, and the thing he was afraid would not work became the thing he personally made not work.
1.Reveal a deeper layer, higher stakes, a problem or unanswered question, etc. relating to the framework.
•Ibra explains why it is invisible while you are inside it. Nobody thinks they are sabotaging anything, they think they are being careful, and being careful is what the fear looks like from the inside.
1.Tell the viewer EXACTLY how they can use this information in their real life OR EXACTLY why this information is so important for them to know
•Ibra highlights that the fix is identical everywhere. Put everything into the quality of the thing, let go of what happens to it, and run that on the next video he posts, the next campaign he launches and the next month of his life.
Outro
•Ibra CTAs to a related video on the channel.
