The launch window "everything in one place" video is the strongest format in the niche right now. Every big College Football 27 breakout this month is a single video promising complete coverage of one area of the game. Kenny's version covers the whole game and goes far deeper than anyone else, at roughly 4 hours the most complete free course in the space.

Civil, 13,588 views, at channel baseline, 45 minutes long. Published July 16, 2026. Kenny's own shorter version, the proof of concept this expands into a full course.
Kenny teaches the entire game of College Football 27 in one video.
The video opens with a fresh hook module on the biggest change in College Football 27, then rolls through the full curriculum: offensive fundamentals, reading coverages, the run game, RPOs, deep shots, defensive shells, run fits, blitzing, adjustments, abilities, clock and situation management, and the current meta. The video is a module by module course. For each module, Kenny shares:
Concept 1

Concept 2

Kenny films one new video, the introduction + transitions. Everything after it already exists. The editor stitches them together in this order, and the transitions are the joins.
Total runtime with the intro and outro ~ 2 hours 45 minutes.
Evergreen rule for the whole video: nothing references a patch, an update, a month, or last year's game. Someone who has never touched a College Football game should be able to follow it start to finish, and a veteran should still get value out of it.
Target 20 to 25 minutes. The only new recording in the whole video.
Open on the promise: everything you need to win at College Football 27, in one video. Credibility gets one line, not a section. Then the one thing that makes College Football 27 its own game, the fundamentals that make anyone better regardless of scheme, and a quick map of what's coming so people know it's all in here.
Write the full hook
Kenny, just talk through these into a voice memo. No need to be structured or polished, we build the script from it. Ten to twenty minutes of talking is plenty.
Two things that help: name specific plays, settings and mechanics out loud rather than talking in general terms, because that is exactly where people stop scrubbing and start watching. And don't cover settings, playbooks, passing or defense here, the rest of the video handles all of that. This part is the stuff that sits above scheme.
One rule throughout: answer these for someone who has never played a College Football game before, not for someone comparing it to last year's. No patches, no updates, no "this year." This video needs to still make sense a year from now.
Transition into video 1: "Before we touch a single play, we're going into the menus. There are settings in this game quietly costing you games you should be winning."

Transition into video 2: "That's your setup done, and you only ever have to do it once. Now we build the team, starting with offense, because scoring is the fastest part of this game to get good at."
youtube.com/watch?v=j6cJUKWyP20
Transition into video 3: "But every one of those ten stops working if you can't throw the ball, and there's one read in here that decides more games than anything else in this video."
youtube.com/watch?v=F5DyRLMc7rM
Transition into video 4: "So that's the entire offensive side of the ball. Now we flip it, and this is the half most players never put the work into, which is exactly why it's the fastest way to start winning."
youtube.com/watch?v=ApkUuv-xV1c
Transition into video 5: "And once you can score and once you can stop people, there's one thing left, and it's the part nobody teaches. How to actually close a game out when it's tight."
youtube.com/watch?v=T5Kzo6ftS8I
Transition into the outro: "And that's the whole game."
Target 2 to 3 minutes.
Short and simple. Everything in this video, start to finish, is the path from opening the game for the first time to winning online. Point out that it's all chaptered so people can come back to any section, then the CTA to the coaching program.

I'm Kenny, and I'm teaching you the entire game of College Football 27 in one video.
I'm walking through every module you need, from offensive fundamentals and reading coverages to the run game, RPOs, and deep shots, then flipping to defensive shells, run fits, blitzing, and adjustments. I'm also covering abilities, clock and situation management, and what's actually working in the current meta right now.
For every module I'm showing you the real game moment that taught me the lesson, the exact plays and setups on screen so you can copy them, and the mistake that's tripping up most players trying to learn this on their own.
