Task card · Avery Bagley · open in Notion ↗
Nate's call: Avery owns the whole handover to Sophie. Happening tomorrow.
The intent is that Avery's queue gets shorter. Editor sourcing already came off it, since Nate is taking the agency calls himself now. The posting and admin work goes to Sophie. What stays with Avery is the judgment work: edit reviews, chasing clients and editors, and the daily pulse.
Nothing else works until this is done.
Until she has a Notion seat she cannot be assigned a task, so tasks routed to her before that land nowhere.
Avery's call, since he knows the queue best. The starting assumption is that everything routine and mechanical moves and everything requiring judgment stays.
Expected to move:
Expected to stay with Avery:
Write the actual list somewhere Nate can see it, because several automated cards and PM Workspace sections assume Avery is the one posting, and each of those has to be repointed or it will keep creating tasks for the wrong person.
Do one real posting end to end with her watching, then one with her driving and Avery watching. Do not hand over a written doc alone.
When it is done, tell Nate two things: exactly what moved, and which automated cards or workspace sections still need repointing at Sophie. That second list is the part that will silently break if nobody writes it down.
