Get names and a headcount from Rob. "Bringing friends" is not a number, and the room capacity and the run time both depend on knowing it. If his friends are pitching rather than watching, they need the same yes to Sunday as everyone else.

What this task is

1.Message all eleven people and get an explicit yes to Sunday, with a call time. Chase every non-reply the same day rather than waiting.

1.Decide the final pitcher count. Six works for a balloon-pop elimination. If any of the six drop, the gap needs filling before Friday, not on Saturday night.

1.Confirm the white room is actually available Sunday and how many bodies it holds with eleven people plus crew.

1.Write down who has said yes and who has not, somewhere Nate can see it, so Friday's task is a confirmation pass and not a fresh round of chasing.
