Walk Rob through how the clips get made, live, not as a doc.

Cover at minimum:

•Where the source videos come from and which ones get clipped.

•How many clips per video and what makes one worth cutting.

•The posting spread: TikTok, IG Trial Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Snapchat.

•Formatting, captions and the style guidelines the clips have to match.

•Where the clip tasks live and what "done" looks like on one.

Have him cut one in front of you before the call ends so you know it landed. Anything he is not ready to own yet, write down and tell Nate.
