Cover at minimum:
•Where the post task comes from: Avery's v2 Done - approved alone now fires it, no Blake approval and no "ready to publish" tag.
•Same-day if the task is created before 6pm, next day if after.
•Pulling the latest edit, and the final title and thumbnail off the video's page.
•The A/B test picks: 2-3 titles and 2-3 thumbnails come off the Thumbnail + A/B test task.
•What to do when something is blocked, usually thumbnails not ready: coordinate first, and escalate to Nate by DM the same day if it is still stuck after about a day.
•Where publish dates live on Long Form Videos (Master) and that nobody invents one.
