Jon's editors are in house, his own team, not ours. We still onboard them into our system so the deadlines, reviews and due dates work the same way they do for every other client.

Tell Claude to onboard them. Say "onboard Jon's editors" in chat.

On your side:

•Get their names, emails and Slack handles, and create an editor record for each with Paid by set to Client.

•Fill Jon's Editor 1 and Editor 2 slots in the CRM. They are empty right now.

•Costs stay blank on his CRM slots since Jon pays them, not us. Note that on the row.

•Walk them through the deadline system and how reviews work, same as any Viewz editor.
